Applicable to: Scale pcb assembly production.

Support electric feeder and pneumatic feeder. Electric feeder cost higher, but for 0201 component, please must select electric feeder.

Pneumatic feeder is lower cost, you can select it as normal assembly work, and support feeder size: 8mm/ 12mm/ 16mm/ 24mm/ 32mm/ 44mm/ 56mm.

YS350 Semi-Auto Solder Printer

Features

1. PC control, touch screen display and menu operation interface.
2. Floating scraper, which is similar to automatic printer, the scraper can be floated freely up and down and can be adjusted automatically to level with the steel grid.
3. The pressure of the scraper is adjustable. The pressure of the scraper on the steel grid is adjustable according to the length of the scraper.
4. The process of the steel grid removing from the PCB can be adjustable from 0 to 5 seconds.
5. Use both of your hands to press the button to operate so that the safety and reliability are ensured.
6. The stopping time of the scraper at top left or bottom left, and top right or bottom right, as well as the overall stopping time of the steel gird at top or bottom can be independently set in the touch screen menu.
7. The PCB can be localized and fastened by base hole, base side, both base hole and base side, and template localization.
8. Time can be displayed on the touch screen and the count of the printing time can be recorded. The scraper speed at left and right is adjustable and can be stopped in emergency.
